The other driver’s insurance company initially disputed the fact that their driver was at fault for the car accident. However, our client had dashcam footage which clearly showed that the other driver caused the accident. This evidence was accepted by the insurance company and helped lead to an early settlement of the case.
Our client was very happy with the outcome, particularly as we were able to resolve the case despite the widespread disruption caused by the Covid-19 Lockdown earlier this year & the subsequent public health restrictions.
